I am living in Puerto Rico and the toll free number (1-800-258-3288), is not available from this location. Nor is the "live chat". I just received a inMotion Air - IMW725, ordered from the Altec online store, and the battery is faulty. I need to contact AL to return or exchange this unit. Does anyone have a telephone number that I can use to connect wotih customer service other than the toll free number?
